“I had a very good experience with the service. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and explained everything clearly. After checking my dryer, he went to get the part that was needed, came back, installed it, and put the dryer back in place. Everything is working perfectly now. He also gave me some helpful advice on how to take better care of my washer and dryer so they can last longer. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain everything and give me useful tips.
